The grapes that give life to this wine are: Garganega 95% and Moscato Giallo 5%. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of 10 ° C and the maceration is a full 40 days with two weekly pumping; subsequently the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months; the wine is then aged for a further 6/12 months in the bottle.
