From 100% Turbiana grapes comes this white wine originating in the hilly area of Lonato del Garda, from vineyards at 150-250 m above sea level. Harvesting, which takes place between the end of October and the beginning of November, is done manually and allows the carefully selected bunches to be picked and immediately subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C for a duration of 8-10 days. The final stage of refinement also takes place in steel.

The organoleptic examination shows a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. Candied fruit, citrus fruits and spices are the protagonists of the olfactory profile, on the palate it has a good balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the slightly bitter aftertaste of the citrus fruits.
Suggested food pairings with this white wine
It is the perfect after-dinner wine, excellent with blue cheeses or dry pastries. Serve at a temperature of 14-16°C.
