A classy dry white, produced with 100% Falanghina. The grapes are always selected by Montesole in the best vineyards around Benevento.The harvest starts in the second decade of September. The wine-making considers fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration for 12 days. The aging is developed in inox for three months and continues in the bottle for at least 1 month.

This wine has a characteristic colour that tends to a shiny straw yellow. Its scent recalls wild flowers and fruits like banana, yellow peach and exotic fruits. The taste is pleasant, persistent, balanced and fruity.
