Wine description
The Fumin of Château Feuillet from Val d'Aosta is produced with 100% Fumin grapes. The grapes are harvested after careful selection in the vineyard at the beginning of November; then macerated on the skins for 15/20 days takes place and the wine is put in small wooden barrels where it stands at least 3 months before being bottled up.
Characteristics of this Valdostan wine
Intense red wine characterized by aromas of cherry, blackberry and herbaceous note. In the mouth is elegant, with soft tannins.
Suggested food pairings tasting this white wine
Excellent with both red and white meats, try it with aged cheese too. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC in glass not very wide.
