From the vinification in blend of grapes to 50% of Chardonnay, and for the remaining 50% of Pinot Noir. The origin of the grapes is the classic one of Franciacorta DOCG in the heart of Lombardy. The harvest includes selection and transport by hand from the second week of August. The vinification involves soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The base wines from the different vineyards are vinified separately and then aged on the lees in the bottle for a minimum period of 24 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15°C.
Franciacorta Brut Rosé "Ele" DOCG's features
This wine has a bright pink colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals delicate notes of berries followed by a wide bouquet and fragrant hints of croissants. The taste in the mouth is very fresh, well balanced and of excellent persistence. A complex simplicity, intriguing and never trivial.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Ca' dei Pazzi winery
A perfect wine as an aperitif that represents its perfect moment, but the combination with more elegant dishes based on fish tickles the most daring. The optimal serving temperature is 8°C in a high and tapered glass.
