Dedicated to Giustino Bisol, that founded the winery in 1950, this Prosecco Superiore is the result of long tests, particular selections and cares that start from the vineyard and end with the aging in the bottle. “Giustino B.” represents the most vivid experience branded Ruggeri, the will to find always the best and the passion linked to Glera variety. After the wine making, this product rests at low temperature until spring, when it will be put in steel containers for the foam creation. It will be bottled then in June, demonstrating to be, year after year, one of the most iconic Prosecco of the denomination. It is produced with 100% Glera, cultivated in the area of Treviso, on the slopes of Dolomiti mountains and in the best crü of Valdobbiadene hills. The harvest, postponed to the beginning of October, is followed by white wine making at a controlled temperature of 18°C that doesn’t contemplate maceration. The foam creation is developed during the Spring after the harvest for a slow refermentation in big containers at 12°C and a further rest on yeasts of 3 months. All these elements make this Prosecco di Valdobbiadene one of the best of the tradition of Veneto.
