Its origin is that of the Agricola Le Marchesine di Biatta Giovanni & C. which operates in the municipality of Passirano, in the province of Brescia. The vinification involves the manual harvesting in small crates, soft crushing, controlled fermentation between the 25/30°C. Fulling and frequent pumping over in the early stages. Aging in small and large Slavonian oak barrels. The wines are assembled in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
