Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Cuvée du Prince is a classic method sparkling wine produced in Val D'Aosta by the Cave Mont Blanc winery located between Morgex and La Salle; the vineyards reach 1200 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Mont Blanc and are the highest in Europe. The grape used in the production of this wine is 100% Priè Blanc de Morgex. The first fermentation takes place in large barrels of larch and oak and in steel, the refermentation traditionally takes place in the bottle. Degorgement not earlier than 48 months.
Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Cuvée du Prince’s features
A straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The scent is fresh with notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is fruity with notes of rennet apple, almond aftertaste and a mineral finish.
