Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Brut DOC is a classic method sparkling wine produced in Val D'Aosta by the Cave Mont Blanc winery located between Morgex and La Salle. The vineyards reach an altitude of 1200 meters on the slopes of Mount White and are the highest in Europe. The grape used in the production of this wine is 100% Prié Blanc. The first fermentation takes place in large barrels of larch and oak and in steel, followed by traditional refermentation in the bottle. Degorgement not earlier than 15 months.
Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Brut Metodo Classico Blanc du Blanc DOC’s features
A pale straw yellow colour. The scent is fresh with notes of fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is soft and fresh with a creamy mousse and a mineral finish.
