A wine from the Barone Pizzini winery of Franciacorta, rich in history and tradition. An elegant wine of good versatility that knows how to express all the character of the territory. The vinification involves the use of Merlot grapes for 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon for 45%, and Barbera and Nebbiolo which do not exceed 5% of the blend. The origin of the vines falls entirely within the company areas in Italy, east of Lombardy, in Franciacorta: the area is that of "Boschette" and "Santella". The vinification involves maceration on the skins for 12/15 days with delastage and pumping over. Finally, the aging of the wine which extends for 6 months in stainless steel tanks / French oak barrels.
