Louis Roederer’s Champagne Carte Blanche Demi Sec "Collection 242" is produced with Pinot Noir (40%), Chardonnay (40%), and the remaining Pinot Meunier. This Champagne shows a soft and balanced character with an enviable creaminess. It remains in contact with yeasts for 36 months, plus another 6 months after disgorgement.

Straw yellow wine with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is full and intense with hints of candied fruit and hints of honey.
