Weinbeschreibung
The grape variety mainly used in the refined blend of Liànti is that of Carignano, to which is added a percentage of Syrah. The territorial origin falls in the rural and uncontaminated areas of the municipality of Olbia and Palau. The designation of origin is the IGT Isola dei Nuraghi, which guarantees the Geographical and Territorial Indication. The aging potential of this wine is about 10 years, considered medium/long, depending on the vintage.
LIANTI's features
The organoleptic examination shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet opens intense with spicy notes, cinnamon, rhubarb, black fruit jelly, moka. The taste is wrapping with sweet tones of ripe fruit and fine tannins. Good balance and pleasantness.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Capichera winery
It goes well with the preparations of the kitchen of earth. Good with the first courses with meat sauce. It should be served at a temperature of 16- 18 °C in a wide glass that guarantees a good oxygenation.
