The Franciacorta Riserva Franco Ziliani comes from the best Chardonnay vineyards in Arzelle. After strictly manual harvesting, it is gently pressed and transferred to steel vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Then some parts are transferred to barriques where they age for 6 months in contact with yeasts; during the following spring the preparation of the cuvée chosen from the best selections begins. It is transferred to the bottle where the second fermentation takes place, with aging on the lees for at least 11 years.
Characteristics of the Berlucchi
Intense straw yellow color with golden nuances; On the nose stand out hints of yellow fruits, candied orange and pastry; in the mouth enters very fresh and clean, all harmonized by acidity and flavor that determine a great persistence.
