The blend is made by 60% Pinot grapes worked in Rosé and a 40% of chardonnay grapes. All the grapes are manually picked in September during the first week. This earlier picking gives to the wine acidity without losing perfumes or tastes. The vines are located at the feet of the Mountains in Trentino, they are exposed at South-east, and South-west at 300 meters above the sea level.
