Vino Nobile di Montepulciano’s features
The Nobile di Montepulciano of Boscarelli Winery, is produced with the vinification of Sangiovese and Cannaiolo grapes derived from a selection of vineyards of at least 20 years that give complexity and structure. The wine ages for half in small casks and the rest in large casks from 28 to 32 months, then filtered before bottling. It has an intense ruby color and aromas of roses, violets and marasca cherries combined with hints of spices and licorice.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Tuscan red wine
Perfect with pasta dishes rich in sauce, such as Tagliatelle with meat sauce. It also goes well with white dishes as long as they are structured with mushrooms and sausages. The main courses can be served with grilled meat or stewed meat. Pizzaiola meat is the ideal match. The wine should be served at a temperature of 17°C.
