The "Suavis" Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Demi Sec Millesimato of the Bortolomiol Winery is a sparkling wine made with the Charmat Method: it is produced with Glera grapes from the hills of Valdobbiadene, province of Treviso. After the harvest in September, the wine is vinified in white with soft pressing, followed by primary fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Then it is aged at 25-30 days, with an aging of about 3 months.
