From the vinification in blend of Corvina 55% Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 10%, Oseleta 15%. The origin is that of the Veneto in north-east of Verona, on the hill that divides Montorio from the Illasi Valley. The vinification involves the selection of the best grapes; the drying lasts for 150 days, then the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in open barrels for about 2 months. A soft pressing is carried out and then the wine is placed in new tonneau where it matures for 2 years. After bottling, the wine is refined in the bottle for a further year.
