The winery Friulana Collavini produces this sensational red wine from the vinification of 100% Merlot grapes. The origin of the vines falls in the plains and gentle hills of Friuli. The harvest takes place at the end of October. The vinification foresees that the grapes, harvested by hand, are destemmed and fermented on the skins for more than two weeks in controlled thermo automatic winemakers. The aging, from the following spring, continues in aged oak barrels.

The organoleptic analysis of this sensational wine shows a ruby red color with nuances of just garnet. The scent is vinous, just herbaceous, reminiscent of raspberry and wild blackberry. The taste has a dry, complex and soft taste with well-controlled tannins and a distinct aromatic persistence.
