From the wise, careful and conscientious vinification of Manzoni Bianco grapes in purity. The origin is that of Trentino, ancient pergolas owned by the Foradori farm located in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. The harvest takes place at the end of September. Finally, the vinification which involves fermentation with maceration on the skin in concrete tanks and subsequent aging in acacia barrels for 12 months
Manzoni Bianco Fontanasanta Foradori’s features
An intense straw yellow color. The nose scent has intense aromas of peach, pear, spices and flowers, honey and delicate caramel, with a clear mineral trace. The taste in the mouth opens with a great structure and a wonderful balance. The mineral texture and the noticeable acid shoulder counterbalance the soft and juicy components. Elegant and infinitely harmonious.
