This label is the result of a refined blend of grapes made up of vines that for 90% are those of Teroldego to which other red berried varieties are added for no more than 10%. The origin is that of Trentino, ancient pergolas owned by the Foradori farm located in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. The vinification involves fermentation in concrete tanks, wooden barrels, terracotta amphorae and aging for 4 months in concrete tanks, wooden barrels, terracotta amphorae. “Lezèr” in Trentino means “light”. This word takes on, in this Elisabetta Foradori rosè, a triple meaning; it is in fact light for the packaging - the bottle used has a low weight -, for the body - it does not leave unpleasant sensations of heaviness after drinking it - and it is finally "light" for the occasions in which it can be uncorked, the more convivial ones.
Lezer Foradori’s features
