Ligth straw yellow colour with gold shades. Its wide scent recalls flowers like hawthorn, sage, fennel, almonds and hazelnuts. The taste is really harmonious.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this wine from Campania
This faboulous wine represents the perfect pairing for the structured preparations of the italian kitchen, like ravioli with ship ricotta, “risotto alla pescatore”, fish, fresh cheeses, white meats with herbs. It has to be served at 10°C in a high, wide wine glass that helps the diffusion of the perfumes.
