Colombini family produces Chianti, one of the most famous and appreciated red wine in Italy, since more than 100 years, using grapes that come from the vineyards of the zone. This blend is composed by Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot. The wine making process is traditionally the one of Barbi family. After the malolactic fermentation the aging is developed in big containers made of Slavonia oak, where the wine rests for six months.
