Wine description
This Champagne Les Charmes de Vrigny from the french Maison Lelarge-Pugeot comes from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. For the production of this sparkling wine we follow the Classic or Champenoise method, that is a double fermentation first in steel and then in bottle. The long refinement, on the other hand, requires a stay on the lees for 8 years.
Characteristics of this Champagne
The organoleptic test shows a brilliant straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory notes evoke white flowers, hints of citrus and dried fruit. On the palate it has the right flavor and is characterized by balance and persistence.
