An important red wine for Maculan winery and for the territory of Veneto. Cabernet is vinified with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated on the hills of Breganza, as the tradition of the winery wants. The volcanic soils here are mainly characterized by tuff. The fermentation is managed in steel with continuous pumping over the grapes dregs. The aging in steel lasts for one year.

This wine is characterized by a deep red colour. Its perfume is intense and fruity, with herbal hints typical of the variety. The taste is dry and structured, with balanced tannins that give warm sensations. Good persistence.
