From the vinification of 100% pure Nebbiolo grapes, scrupulously reared within the company limits. The origin of the grapes comes from 3 microzones located in the highest part of the vineyards owned at Cascina Il Bricco in Treiso. The "Il Bricco" vineyard is characterized by a very high altitude and a cooler climate. For the vinification we proceed with the traditional method in steel tanks. Maceration on the skins follows for about 30 days at rather high temperatures. Finally, the aging takes place in French and Slavonian oak barrels for about 30 months and a small part in barriques.
