With this Champagne Brut the Maison Lanson celebrates the great 2012 vintage, with a perfect union between Pinot Noir for 52% and Chardonnay for 48%: as well as for the other products Lanson uses only grapes from villages classified as Premier and Grand Cru and follows the same procedure to prevent malolactic fermentation, with the aim of preserving the product over the years. The aromatic complexity of the bouquet is instead achieved thanks to the 10-year refinement in the cellars of the Maison itself.
