This Champagne from Maison Jean Josselin is a blend that comes from a selection of wines from two Pinot Noir vintages. The grapes are harvested manually by selecting the best bunches. They are then pressed and undergo complete malolactic fermentation. At the end of fermentation the cuvée is created and bottled. Finally, the bottles are placed on the pupitre where the champagne ages on the lees before disgorgement.
Features of this Champagne
The glass has a golden yellow color. The nose is generous, with hints of hawthorn, apple and strawberry. In the mouth it is very lively, with a fine perlage and a remarkable fruity note.
