The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation develop in steel tanks, with a second fermentation in the bottle. It follows the refined and traditional disgorgement phase that follows the Champenois Method. The aging of the wine develops for 15 years on the lees and returns a unique Champagne.

The wine has a brilliant golden yellow color with a very thin and delicate perlage. The scent has an intense, full and radiant bouquet, with honeyed notes, citrus scents, toasted hazelnut nuances and light iodized hints. The taste in the mouth is creamy and has a strong aromatic length. The aftertaste is slightly smoked and rich in balanced energy.
