Wine description
This French Champagne, obviously produced in the homonymous region, comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated near Polisot. At the Maison Rouge estate, which covers about 7.5 hectares, for more than 35 years the company has been producing an authentic champagne in five ranges including this Brut Cuvée Reserve version.
Features of this Champagne
On the organoleptic examination it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, obviously striking for its remarkable perlage. The olfactory bouquet reveals aromas of fresh fruit and citrus notes. On the palate the mouthfeel is full and effervescent.
Recommended combinations with this Champagne
Great for aperitifs, but also to accompany raw fish.
