SORELLE BRONCA
Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca Sisters have inherited the family winemaking tradition, inaugurated almost a century ago by their grandfather Martino. They took over with enthusiasm and intelligence, bringing their Vidor winery to become one of the most important and respected one not only in their area, but also in the entire Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore one. A journey started with the awareness that only through a decisive conversion to organic would have been possible the production of great wines. Vineyards are cultivated wih sacrifice and passion, harvested strictly by hand and only with crates. Sorelle Bronca’s cellar manages to obtain wines that are a real symbol of the territory by producing unforgettable bottles. Hence the fundamental role of research not as a "" flight forward "", but as an exaltation of what is different by nature, analyzing it in depth and questioning every single aspect in the awareness that it is part of a much more complex entity. The experimentation of new natural preparations for the defense of the vine, the adoption of the modern vision of an ancient technique such as the association between different plant species, the study on spontaneous fermentations are just some of the elements of Sorelle Bronca winery. This is the reason why there is maximum respect for environment and ecosystem and in the approximately 22 hectares of vineyards owned - which at the moment there are three more for rent - those harvested are punctually genuine, precious grapes, rich and concentrated in all their organoleptic nuances. Bunches that in the cellar are interpreted and enhanced without ever distorting all that the season and the territory have been able to express in the grapes, thus producing labels that respond to names such as "Ardesco", "Modì", "Ser Bele", "Delico" or "Difetto Perfetto". From Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Extra Dry to Prosecco Brut, passing through Prosecco di Treviso and still wines of Colli di Conegliano, all Sorelle Bronca’s wines need to be discovered one by one.
