Poli
The Poli is an artisan distillery founded in 1898 by Giovanni Batta Poli. For over a century the Poli family has pursued a single goal: to make known and appreciate the effort, the tenacity, but above all the love contained in a distillate, a total love for their art, for their world, a love without which no result will ever be possible. Spreading knowledge and art. The Poli distillery is located in the municipality of Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the most famous region for the production of grape marc brandy. All the Grappa produced by the Poli distillery comes from the pomace of grapes from the Pedemontana Veneta, an extraordinary natural amphitheater that stretches from the Alps to the Dolomites to Venice. For centuries, art and craftsmanship, knowledge and taste, man and nature have coexisted in the cellar.
