J.BALLY
Founded in 1924, this historic distillery on the paradisiacal island of Martinique still produces top-quality agricultural rums that are characterised by a high alcohol content and a refined taste. This is due to the fact that for each harvest, an attempt is made to bring out the peculiar characteristics of the sugar cane, which are in each case different. Following the distillation phase, we then move on to ageing, which, according to the intuition of the founder Jacques Bally himself, takes place in oak barrels, as is done in France for cognacs.
