Berlucchi’s Franciacorta Rosé Nature 61 is an elegant and refined vintage of Pinot Noir. After harvest and soft pressing, it takes place the refermentation takes place in bottle according to the Classic Method, with a yeast of at least 60 months.
Franciacorta 61 Nature Rosé's features
Bright salmon pink with fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals hints of peach, plum and grapefruit; intensely floral notes, details of pink pepper and dry pastry.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Berlucchi winery
Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and fish dishes. It is recommended to consume it at a temperature of 8°-10°C in tapered glass.
