BRUNO GIACOSA

Sacrifices and a lot of passion are the basic ingredients that have led Bruno Giacosa to become one of the greatest producers of the Langhe. After leaving school he had his first experiences with his father in the family winery founded in 1900: With time he gradually learned all the secrets of the trade and a first turning point came in 1982 when, following the purchase of the Falletto vineyard in Serralunga, he began to produce Barolo Falletto. Later he also bought the cru Asili and Rabajà, particularly dedicated to the genesis of Barolo and Barbaresco. All the wines of Bruno Giacosa winery must meet the highest quality standards: thanks to this meticulousness and dedication experts and critics still consider this winery of Neive as one of the excellences of the Langhe.
