Lots of experiments, studies and research have led to the birth of this Turin-based liqueur maker, which, as its name indicates, evokes those flavours of the past that animated Savoy's Turin in the 20th century for the so-called Vermouth Hour. Authentic fragrances, nostalgic flavours and top-quality ingredients are the cornerstones around which Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli have moulded Antica Torino: the company dedicates itself to the production of aromatised wine and liqueurs, following the purest Turin tradition, hence the name. These are products with unique organoleptic qualities, given by the use of carefully selected aromatic herbs, flowers and spices that are skilfully processed without the use of dyes. Precisely because of the extraordinary quality of the ingredients and their organoleptic properties, all Antica Torino products are excellent when enjoyed neat or as a base for cocktails, this as a further element of contamination between the ancient and the modern: Vermouth, in fact, an integral part of Turin culture, is conceived by Antica Torino in a rather traditional way, as it is made with natural aromas from the garden such as gentian, rhubarb, thyme, rosemary, oregano to which absinthe, grapefruit peel, ginger and quality wine are added.
