The Macrina DOC dei Castelli di Jesi is a white and enveloping wine. Its original area is located in the Jesi castle hills in the area called “Classic”. The most renowned and ancient area. The grapes used are at 100% Verdicchio cultivated in the core of DOC. This particular wine thanks to a late picking and a low profit it can achieve a great complexity with a rich structure and a great elegance with a long life. There is the picking and it follows the soft pressing with a must cold cleaning followed by a temperature controlled fermentation. At the end there is a steel aging period under temperature control.
