This Valdobbiadene Superiore "La Rivetta 120 mesi" DOCG from Villa Sandi Winery is produced with grapes grown in the hills of Valdobbiadene on calcareous soils.The harvest at the beginning of September involves a careful selection of the grapes, which are then carried out in the press for soft pressing; This is followed by a first decanting into temperature-controlled tanks, once the correct alcohol content is reached, fermentation is stopped and after 120 days of maturation (hence the name of this Prosecco), the bottling phase is carried out.
Characteristics of this Prosecco
To the organoleptic examination it appears as a wine with a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections; On the nose there are hints of apple and white flowers. In the mouth it is dry and dry with a fine and persistent bubble.
