This refined and prestigious rosé sweet wine, produced by the Colle Villano winery in Friuli, embodies the tradition and research for business innovation and that above all distinguishes the territory in which it is produced. Moscato Rosa is a delicate and aromatic dessert wine, with a light ruby red color and a characteristic rose fragrance. The Rosa delle Venezie muscat is a sweet still wine very elegant and fragrant with a deep rosé color. It has an intense aroma with characteristic notes of rose. The vinification involves the immediate destemming crushing at the arrival in the cellar of the grapes harvested at a temperature of 22°C. Then the cold maceration at 5/6°C. and soft pressing. The must is cooled to 15°C and then decanted overnight. Transfer of clean must with inoculation of selected yeasts. Finally the fermentation at 15°C which lasts for 20 days. The wine is then poured out and refined in a steel vat.
