Le Grazie of the Villa Mongalli winery is perfectly represented by its name. It is kind, refined, elegant, bodied and round. It has the DOC certification and it is made by a blend of 60% Sangiovese grapes, 15% of Sagrantino and Merlot and 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon. There is an aging period in oak barrels and then a bottle aging. The cultivation soils are pebbly and they are exposed at south-west and are located at 360-400 meters above the sea level. The profit is 70 quintal per hectare cultivated with the cordon spur pruning. The density is 5000 trees per hectare. The harvest lasts 20 days in October and only the merlot is picked in the first decade of September.

Le Grazie of the Villa Mongalli winery has an intense ruby red color. The perfume is wide, fruity with spicy and blackberry aromas with right tannins. The taste is round, structured and persistent. It is also pleasant and medium sweet.
