This Cabernet Sauvignon "Roncalto" red wine from Azienda Agricola Livon is produced in the vineyards of the Collio DOC, more precisely in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The harvest takes place exclusively by hand and in a box, followed by soft destemming and subsequent fermentation on the skins for 18 days. The maturation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature; finally, it proceeds with bottling and a long aging in bottle.
