From the vinification of grapes from the Corvina Grossa 40%, Corvina 30%, Rondinella 30% all the grapes of the company are certified organic and for some years the funds are conducted according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The origin is the classic one of the Val di Mezzane, in Veneto. For the vinification of this sensational wine that comes from dried grapes in special wooden boxes for 120 days. Vinification with exclusive use of indigenous yeasts and at least 48 months in French oak barrels ranging from 5 to 25 hectoliters. A period in which Amarone di Corte Sant'Alda continues to grow in intensity and complexity, evolves and develops, surprising in the glass for its body and for its importance, volume and crispness, giving notes of forest jam well blended with nuances of spices and coffee.
