Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut "Col Del Sas" comes from vineyards owned by the Spagnol family in the DOC and DOCG area between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. The variety of grapes used is Glera (Historic synonym of prosecco). His strong personality, the fine perlage and persistence of flavor have made Prosecco famous all over the world. Fermentation follows in autoclave according to the Italian Method. Aged at least 60 days.
Characteristics of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG
Straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose senses floral notes with pleasant hints of bread crost. To the palate is pleasant and elegant but with remarkable sapidity.

It should be served in a medium sized glass at a temperature of 8-10°C. Perfect for aperitifs and during meals with fish.
