From the careful and meticulous vinification of fine Pinot Noir grapes, 100% pure. The origin is the classic one of France . In the suitable area of Verzenay, in Aÿ, and Bouzy as well as Tauxières. The winemaking, as per the tradition of the maison, is prized for this reason Champagne which is produced with the cuvée, or with the juice from the first pressing of the bunches. The second fermentation is followed by a long refinement on the yeasts before disgorgement.
Characteristics of Champagne Bollinger PN
Upon organoleptic examination it has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The scent on the nose allows aromas of cherry stone, fruit jam and dried figs to immediately emerge. Followed by toasted and pastry scents, rich and complex, accompanied by notes of pear and hawthorn. The taste is rich and full-bodied, markedly fresh in the gustatory development.
