Lallier’s Gran Crü line is expressed by this prestigious Champagne vinified in a blend of Chardonnay grapes for 35% and Pinot Noir grapes for 65% vinified in rosé. Since 1906, LALLIER boasts a production of prestigious Champagne wines, each rosé is unique in Champagne; that of Lallier was thought as if it were a bouquet full of fleshy flowers and enveloping scents. "Millefeuille" Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can enhance all the dishes. The vinification involves an alcoholic fermentation with Lallier yeast, then the partial malolactic fermentation that develops in blend with the wines reserved for it. The aging that develops for at least 3 years in the cellar. The disgorgement takes place about 4 months before shipment with a dosage of only 8g/ liter with liqueur prepared in oak barrels.

In appearance this sensational Champagne has a pale pink color, the nose opens with its enchanting aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry, spiced with notes of citrus that amaze the nose. The taste on the palate is characterized by the clear and precise attack, its freshness is mixed with its sensual and greedy notes of wild strawberry. Mixed with a creamy effervescence says a lot about the purity and noble origin of the wine.

Thanks to its particular visual appeal, its purity and its freshness, the Grand Rosé is the perfect companion to the opening. In finesse, it also knows how to be pleasant on noble crustaceans such as lobster, and on fish or desserts served with a charlotte with red fruits. It should be served fresh at 8 ºC in a tall and tapered glass that concentrates the aromas to the nose.
