The Maison Dom Perignon produces this sensational Champagne of the highest quality, famous all over the world and that represents the reference point from the point of view of the production of Champagne in France. Its vinification involves the use of grapes of Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay in different percentages. The grapes come from the most prestigious and refined area of Champagne in France. The fermentation provides for a first phase in which the alcoholic fermentation starts and immediately after the malolactic one that develop in steel, with a second fermentation in the bottle with disgorgement according to the Champenois Method. The aging of the wine for this label is at least 72 months on the lees, before being put on the market.

 

Champagne Brut Dom Perignon's features

The aspect is a warm and luminous straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is initially expressed with floral and citrus notes, then opens to scents of anise and mint and close on spicy and toasted traces. The taste to the taste the acidity typical of the vintage is integrated in an elegant balance. Pure and very fine, with a pronounced and consistent fruit, it closes with a smoky persistence that never ends.
