VAL D'OCA
"Val d'Oca" is one of the brands that respond to the "Cantina Produttori di Valdobbiadene", a reality born in 1952 and covering a territory that goes from Asolo to Conegliano. Located in a geographical area characterized by a strong viticultural vocation, the company can count at the moment on well over five hundred members, which correspond to over seven hundred hectares of vineyards in total. As a matter of fact we are talking about one of the main wine making realities in Italy. Large impressive numbers, but never prescind from those that are the highest levels of quality. It all starts from the attention to the territory, which is demonstrated not only through agronomic practices but also thanks to a series of side activities, such as the mapping of the various crus and training courses organized for their members. In the vineyard, each contributing member respects to the maximum the environment, nature, ecosystem and biodiversity, and following strict and careful rules, those that come to collect harvest after harvest, are healthy and honest grapes, rich and concentrated in every little organoleptic nuance. The core business of this great reality is obviously the vine variety of glera, which makes up about 90% of the grapes processed. In the cellar, despite having the most advanced wine making technologies, the basic principle is always aimed at achieving the highest possible quality standards, for which each operation is aimed at exalting in wines all those that are the varietal characters that the grapes express. Here then we start with Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze, to pass to Valdobbiadene "Le Rive di Santo Stefano", continuing with the "Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza" and with Prosecco di Asolo, without of course forgetting all the other still wines. They are all bottles, the ones on the label refer to the name "Val D'Oca", which offer certain guarantees, giving life and happiness without half measures.
