This fabulous wine is composed by 100% Chardonnay and praises the denomination Alto Adige DOC. The vineyards are cultivated in the classic area of Cornaiano, on the hills of Oltradige and in Egna, where the lands reach 500 meters elevation. The soils are mainly composed by minerals, created by sediments that date to the glacial era. The manual harvest is followed soft pressing and elimination of lees through the natural sedimentation of the must. The fermentation is managed at controlled temperature in steel containers, where it is developed the aging too.

Straw yellow colour surrounded by a fresh and fruity perfume characterized by yellow fruits and wild flowers. The taste is wide, harmonious, balanced, fresh and savoury.
