Spumante Metodo Charmat Brut Riserva DOC CESARINI SFORZA

For this prestigious label, Cesarini Sforza Winery makes 100% Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the grapes falls on the hills of the DOC in Trentino. For the vinification after the manual harvesting in the first decade of September, we proceed with the soft pressing of whole grapes, the static decantation of the must and the fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on lysis for about 6 months.

The color of the wine is golden yellow. The aroma is that of warm bread crust, butter croissants and tarts. The taste in the mouth is fresh and intense, enviable flavor and minerality.
